The Customer Journey Game - Hospitality Edition is an interactive business board game designed around a standard guest journey, to promote employee engagement in building a customer-centric culture in the hotel industry. The innovative board design replicates the stages of a guest hotel visit, as well 10 touch points along the way. Amongst others, touch points include guest arrival experience, check-in experience, in-room, restaurant and guest departure experience.
The game increases employee understanding of the end-to-end journey by emphazising how each guest engagement, either positively or negatively impacts an entire experience. The game enables employees to realize their impact on guest experiences and consider how they can contribute to a smoother guest experience in the future.
Designed to drive employee engagement in a fun and immersive environment, the game is an ideal interactive activity or ice breaker to cultivate a customer centric culture. Games are relevant for all levels of staff and can be played at:-

One game box accommodates up to 8 players in a team. The Customer Journey Game - Hospitality Edition bundle contains 4 x game boxes and accommodates a maximum of 32 players per session. The game lasts approximately 60 - 90 minutes.
Setting up the game is easy, instructions are on the lid of the box and a 'train the trainer' video is available on request.
Employee feedback is an essential element of the game. At the end of the game, players are asked to share ideas on how the company can improve the guest journey, in line with the key pillars of customer experience; being people, processes, and technology. This feedback fosters employee engagement and creates ownership of the individuals contribution to an improved customer journey in the future.
